Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Power-Generation Equipment Repairer to support military power systems and maintenance. You will learn to maintain and repair generators, engines, and electrical components and gain hands-on experience with large-scale power equipment.

Training includes 10 weeks of Basic Training and ~12 weeks Advanced Individual Training, with pay during service. The role offers paid training, a monthly paycheck, and access to tuition assistance and veteran benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Between ages 17 and 35.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Actual MOS assignment depends on availability.
