Job summary

Dominion Energy in Norfolk, VA seeks a Power Gen Compliance & Project Coord to coordinate, analyze, and generate the Renewable Energy fleet’s compliance reports for NERC/ISO tariffs. You will support the PGRC department as the RE liaison to ensure robust compliance programs and monthly audits, while coordinating cyber and physical security controls.

The role requires 5–6+ years in power generation with regulatory knowledge, strong communication and project management, and familiarity with NERC

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in power generation with knowledge of regulatory compliance in a power plant.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of MATS/MACT is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyze, and generate RE fleet compliance reports for NERC/ISO requirements.
• Maintain internal controls, self-certification, and evidence packages; manage project updates.
• Lead projects and coordinate team members; communicate findings to management.
