L&M Fleet Supply in Virginia, MN is seeking a Department Head (Power Equipment) for the Virginia Store. This full-time role leads the Power Equipment department, keeps the area clean, stocked, and easy for customers, and guides sales clerks.

Ideal candidates have experience or knowledge of apparel products, retail sales, and customer service. Flexible schedule with weekend rotation; starting pay range is $15-$18 per hour plus standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department by keeping it clean, stocked and easy for customers to shop.
• Provide guidance and direction to sales floor clerks in your department.
• Be the go-to for customers with questions or needing extra help while they shop in Power Equipment.
