Job summary

Keysight Technologies, the world’s largest test and measurement equipment manufacturer, is seeking an R&D Expert Electrical Engineer for Budd Lake, NJ. This on-site role focuses on power electronics hardware design for programmable power supplies and related systems.

You will work with advanced measurement and simulation tools, collaborating with highly skilled staff to push innovation in energy, automotive, and semiconductor markets.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering required.
On-site in Budd Lake, NJ with technical leadership.
Experience with power-electronics subsystems and mentoring.
Design experience with 500W–50kW power electronics.
Board layout experience for switching converters.
Strong analog design and time/frequency domain measurements.
Experience with Matlab and circuit simulators.
Ability to model systems in Matlab and Saber/PLECS.

Responsibilities

Develop hardware designs for programmable power supplies.
Collaborate with skilled staff across engineering disciplines.
Lead on power-electronics subsystems and hit project milestones.
Mentor new graduates and students as needed.
