Qualifications

• Experience designing power converters at real power levels (DC-DC, inverters, rectifiers, chargers).
• Hands-on work with wide-bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN).
• Takеn at least one converter from schematic through layout, magnetics, thermal, and EMC to working hardware; production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate power conversion hardware: converters, protection, sensing, and interfaces to controls.
• Some blocks you will design yourself from schematic through layout, magnetics, thermal, and EMC.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers; write specs, qualify hardware, and integrate it into the system.
• Take hardware to the test stand, run against a real machine, and fix issues.
• Nice-to-have exposure to electric machines and control systems from converter loops to embedded platforms.
