This position may be based in Olathe (Kansas City), KS, Minneapolis, MN, or Loveland (Denver), CO. While the role may be based at any of these locations, candidates working outside of Olathe should expect less than 10% travel to the Olathe, KS facility to support cross‑site collaboration, meetings, training, and other business needs.
This position requires access to information regulated by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR.
The Power Electronics Engineer provides technical leadership in the design, development, analysis, integration, and validation of advanced power electronics systems supporting complex aerospace and defense applications. This position serves as a technical authority for power conversion designs, leads complex engineering efforts, mentors junior engineers, and drives innovation while ensuring high‑quality solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and business objectives.
