Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications on electrical equipment across customer sites. You will solve problems, coordinate with customers, and document field activities as part of a dedicated U.S.

Services team. The role requires reading blueprints, understanding AC/DC power systems, and 2+ years of field service or related experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or trade/vocational cert or military training in electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Understanding of AC/DC power and related components.
• 2+ years field service repair or related customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Troubleshoot with customers, electricians, and support teams; compile service reports.
• Travel regionally or nationally for local support or larger projects.
• Maintain safety practices and comply with company safety policies.
