Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors District is seeking a Development Operations Specialist to ensure execution consistency, coordinate learners, and manage logistics across the Power Development Department in Lenexa, KS.

You will generate a proactive, reliable learner experience using the district development calendar, collaborate with the Power Development Manager, and support travel, rosters, calendars, and training materials while traveling up to 20%.

  • Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Various experiences in operations, learning management, and/or teaching preferred.
  • Construction operations experience is helpful for this role.
  • Ability to learn and grow within the role.
  • Knowledge management experience is a plus.

Position Overview

The Development Operations Specialist will be responsible for execution consistency, learner coordination, logistics, and administrative reliability across the Power Development Department. Using the district’s development calendar, they will generate a proactive positive reliable, consistent learner experience.

District Overview

Kiewit Power Constructors (KPC) provides direct-hire construction services for Power Generation utilizing a union craft force. Kiewit Power Constructors builds major EPC power plant and solar farm projects throughout North America.

Location

This position is based out of Lenexa, KS.

Responsibilities
