This internship offers real-world engineering experience under the supervision of a professional or Project Manager, with opportunities to participate in project reviews and learn standard engineering techniques. Preferred candidates are engineering students with a 3.0+ GPA, basic Office skills, and a willingness to engage in HDR's employee-owned culture and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team and with project stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture is expected.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience on engineering projects in power delivery.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to assignments.
• Complete tasks under supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
• Participate in project reviews as needed.
