Kimley-Horn's Baltimore office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join the Power Delivery team. This on-site role offers hands-on site development, design, and project management for diverse land development projects.

You will collaborate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors while ensuring quality standards and accurate cost estimates. A PE license or the ability to obtain within 12 months is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and applicable software.
• Proficiency in creating plan sets and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for Power Delivery projects.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and client meetings.
• Assist in staff management and cost estimating.
• Prepare technical specifications and bid packages.
• Collaborate with jurisdictions and contractors on projects.
