Job summary
Fractal Analytics is seeking a Power BI Technical Lead to design, develop, and optimize enterprise BI solutions within the Azure and Fabric ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery, mentor teams, and ensure governance, performance, and scalability across large datasets.
You will design and migrate Tableau to Power BI, manage Power BI Service administration, security, and deployment pipelines, and collaborate with data engineers to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise Power BI solutions.
- Strong governance, security (RLS) and deployment pipelines knowledge.
- Proven ability to lead BI teams and mentor developers.
- Experience migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
- Drive Tableau-to-Power BI migration with governance standards.
- Manage Power BI Service administration including workspace governance and capacity planning.
- Mentor BI developers and collaborate with data engineers to deliver insights.
