Job summary

You will partner with business and technical SMEs to translate requirements into actionable reports, automate manual processes, and support ongoing initiatives. Apera is a fast-paced, global fintech with Dallas offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business and IT program or project management.
• Experience in Financial Services and/or Payment industries.
• Experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills with macros, pivot tables, charts.
• Hands-on Power BI and SQL experience.
• Familiarity with VBA and Python.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to define data and reporting requirements.
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Lead projects to enhance data and reporting capabilities and automate processes.
• Use data to generate insights and present trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to analyze data and findings.
• Support finance and business stakeholders on ongoing initiatives.
