Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Power BI Lead to design, develop, and implement robust Power BI solutions that meet business requirements. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to define BI objectives and deliver scalable dashboards and reports.

The role focuses on data modeling, data flows, and data visualization best practices, with emphasis on security, governance, and performance optimization in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing Power BI solutions.
• Experience resolving performance issues on large-scale BI deployments.
• CI/CD and automated testing for Power BI reports experience.
• Monitoring and alerting for Power BI reports and environments.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and BI concepts.
• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, M, and Power BI Service.

Responsibilities

• Design BI solutions with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Develop data models and data flows to support visualizations, including transformations and calculations.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI with attention to data accuracy and clarity.
• Integrate data from databases, data warehouses, and APIs; ensure data security and access controls.
• Optimize Power BI performance and scalability; address bottlenecks and caching as needed.
• Implement security measures and data governance policies for confidentiality and compliance.
• Schedule and manage data refresh processes to keep reports up to date.
• Monitor Power BI environments and perform regular maintenance and updates.
