Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Power BI/Power Platform developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision making. You will integrate data from multiple sources, optimize DAX calculations, and ensure data accuracy and performance.

Requires 3+ years of BI experience, TS clearance, and proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and governance. Travel may be required. Competitive benefits and on-site work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Power BI / Power Platform development experience.
• Clearance: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
• Strong DAX and Power Query skills; governance constraints; ability to build role-aware reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Integrate data from databases, SharePoint lists, spreadsheets, and cloud systems; perform ETL with Power Query.
• Develop and optimize calculations and business logic using DAX for insights and KPIs.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot refresh and performance issues, and enhance dashboard usability.
• Maintain documentation of datasets, models, and reporting sustainment; provide user training and support.
• Other duties as assigned.
