Job summary

Constellation Inc. in Washington, D.C. seeks a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards that merge operational and financial data for actionable insights.

You will leverage SQL, ETL processes, and collaboration with developers to deliver clear business value. The ideal candidate has 4+ years with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), strong SQL, advanced Excel, and excellent communication to support data-driven decisions for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Power BI, Tableau or Qlik for large datasets.
• Strong SQL including optimization, CTEs, and complex joins.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• US citizenship and ability to pass client background investigation; DHS/CBP/ICE preferred.
• Experience developing in Python (Pandas) and with PowerApps/Power Automate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines from SQL, SharePoint, and Excel sources.
• Collaborate with users to translate data outputs into visualizations.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
