Job summary

Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology, based in New Albany, OH, seeks a PIIM Analyst to develop high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming data into intuitive analytics for project teams. You will work with Excel, Forms, and Power Apps to enable effective reporting across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dataflows, semantic modeling).
• Experience leveraging Microsoft tools (Excel, Forms, Power Apps) to support data collection and workflows.
• Experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Basic working knowledge of Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-functional Power BI dashboards and reports to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to project teams.
• Reconfigure, customize, and deploy template dashboards to suit unique project stakeholder needs.
• Transform structured data using Power Query (M) and design robust semantic models and measures (DAX).
• Collaborate with project teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support data quality, validation, and governance efforts to ensure accuracy across reporting outputs.
• Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, Forms, Power Apps) to support data collection and reporting workflows.
• Assist in maintaining and improving reporting standards and templates across projects.
• Write SQL scripts to query and transform source data to support project reporting needs.
