Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Data & Dashboards Specialist (Power BI) to transform design, construction, and model data into clear, action-oriented insights for our data center portfolio.

You will sit inside the Digital Delivery / BIM team, partnering with BIM managers, project managers, and automation/AI specialists to connect to data, structure it, and visualize it—from early design through construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, relationships, and DAX.
• Experience working with AEC / BIM data (ACC/CDEs, Revit schedules or model exports).
• Experience integrating or reporting on scheduling data ( Primavera P6 ) or procurement data (Unifier, Hexagon).
• Comfort working with APIs or ETL tools to connect external systems to Power BI and automate refreshes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to improve imperfect data and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard design and delivery across multi-site portfolio.
• Create construction admin dashboards tracking submittals, RFIs, daily reports.
• Translate stakeholder questions into visuals and metrics to support decisions.
• Support project teams during setup and key milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback.
