Job description
Platform Enablement & Acceleration
  • Build templates, starter kits, and plug‑and‑play components for tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Python Notebooks.
  • Reduce ramp‑up time and promote consistency across analytics platforms.
Data Modeling & Semantic Layers
  • Design semantic layers and prebuilt models (Power BI, Tableau, DataSphere) to ensure business teams can access clean, business‑ready data.
  • Support semantic model creation across platforms for standardized reporting and insights.
User Onboarding & Training
  • Develop onboarding guides, tutorials, and platform walkthroughs tailored to diverse personas (e.g., business analysts, automation builders, ML developers).
  • Build enablement material to enhance self‑service analytics adoption.
Adoption & Change Management
  • Partner with product owners to support platform adoption through training sessions, enablement campaigns, and artifact libraries.
  • Drive awareness of new capabilities and best practices.
Best Practices & Governance
  • Document and maintain best practices by building a repository of reusable components, examples, and reference architectures.
  • Standardize development approaches across teams to ensure scalability and compliance.
Collaboration & Partnership
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, engineers, and business users to identify pain points and design enablement solutions.
  • Ensure tools are user‑friendly, impactful, and aligned with business needs.
