Job summary

247Hire is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions on cloud-based platforms. The role emphasizes scalable ETL/ELT workflows, data modeling, and efficient data storage, leveraging Azure Synapse and related Azure services.

You will work with Salesforce integrations, Power BI reporting, and data platforms like Curam/Oracle to support program needs. Collaboration with analytics teams to deliver timely insights is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and related Azure services.
• Experience integrating data from Salesforce via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source systems and design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure services.
• Build and manage data ingestion workflows from Salesforce, including API integrations, schema alignment, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain data models, data transformations, and semantic layers to support Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Optimize Synapse pipelines, SQL queries, and data storage for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, Salesforce API issues, and Power BI dataset/dataflow refresh problems.
