Job summary

About the role

We’re looking for a Power BI and AI Solutions Engineer to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready analytics. You’ll partner with stakeholders to discover requirements, shape data models and reports, optimize performance, and support solutions through deployment and adoption.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver Power BI reports and business intelligence solutions.
• Build and maintain semantic models, DAX calculations and Power Query workflows.
• Optimize report performance, configure row-level security and manage deployment.
• Engage stakeholders, discover requirements and translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Deliver secure and scalable solutions through production support and adoption.
• Work with cloud data platforms and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of Power BI and business intelligence experience.
• Advanced experience with semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, report design, performance optimization, row-level security and deployment.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• At least 3 years of direct stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Experience delivering secure, scalable, production-ready analytics solutions.
• Exposure to generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, natural-language analytics or AI-assisted development.
• A consultative, hands‑on, outcome‑oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
