Navitas Systems LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Power BI & Analytics Intern to join our BIS team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will help build and optimize dashboards and reports that surface key manufacturing, supply chain, and financial metrics.

Working hours align with your class schedule and you will collaborate with BIS leaders to deliver practical data solutions, perform ETL tasks, and contribute to data governance in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop/Service and data modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL and SharePoint.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint).
• Collaborate with BIS, IT, and business units to gather requirements and deliver visualizations.
• Support data models, ETL processes, and standard metrics aligned to the scorecard.
• Document datasets, governance, and workflows; use Jira to track work items.
