Job summary

Power/Energy Analyst role in Miami within a leading Global Hedge Fund. You will research, develop and execute Power and Energy trading strategies (ISO/ ERCOT / PJM). You will manage data and modelling for the power and gas desks, generating reports to identify market discrepancies for PNL.

Qualifications

2+ years experience as an Analyst / Researcher within the Buyside / Trade Shop.
Strong Power/ Energy market knowledge.

In beautiful Miami, you will be working within a leading Global Hedge Fund. This position will involve research, development and execution of Power and Energy trading strategies (ISO/ ERCOT / PJM). You will need a strong fundamental understanding of Energy markets across the US / Europe. You will be managing data and modelling for the power and gas desks , generating reports with the aim of finding discrepancies in the markets to use as a source of PNL. Using Python you will assist in trading global commodity strategies.
