Job summary

SNF Chemtall, a subsidiary of SNF Holding Company, is seeking an entry-level Bagger Operator for its Powder Production Plant. Responsibilities include packaging, sampling, data logging, and materials handling of Polyacrylamide Powder products.

You will operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, maintain logs, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with overtime and shift work expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly during 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Log data on log sheets, weight sheets, and blend sheets.
• Operate forklift and conduct forklift inspections.
• Prepare samples as required and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify and understand properties and hazards of chemicals.
• Meet or exceed production rates and standards.
• Comply with all safety policies and PPE; other duties as assigned.
