SendCutSend is hiring a Powder Coating Technician to apply high-quality finishes to customer parts in our Post Production area. You will follow work instructions, perform in-process and final inspections, and ensure finishes meet specifications for coverage and appearance.

Responsibilities include batching orders, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and 5S standards on the production floor. This role supports on-time delivery and quality in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of materials and equipment used in powder coating or finishing processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

As a Powder Coating Tech, you’ll play a key role in our Post Production process by applying high quality finishes that meet customer specification and company quality standards. What You’ll Do

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred
• Basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls
• Basic understanding of quality requirements and inspection processes
• Prior work in a sheet metal or fabrication environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production floor environment
• Exposure to noise, temperature variation, moving machinery, and metal materials
• Use of required protective equipment at all times

Schedule

Monday- Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:00AM

Salary Description

$22.00 - $40.00/hour
