Job summary

Qualifications

• Operate powder coating equipment including manual electrostatic guns
• Adhere to safety standards and follow standard work instructions
• Inspect parts and perform basic touch-ups for quality

Responsibilities

• Operate manual electrostatic powder coating guns (approx. 35%)
• Monitor and maintain powder coating equipment and ovens (approx. 20%)
• Inspect parts for quality and perform liquid touch-ups if needed (approx. 20%)
• Prepare parts for powder recoat by sanding (approx. 10%)
