Job summary

Bri-Mar Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Powder Coater in Chambersburg, PA. The role involves applying base and top coats to trailer models and components, using a spray gun, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include applying primers, replenishing powder paint, caulking seams, and performing other duties as assigned by department leadership. A high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write, count, communicate by various channels.
• Manufacturing related experience
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Apply base coat or top coat to trailer models and components.
• Observe BWise safety standards and apply primer or powder uniformly.
• Use spray gun to apply base coat (1–1.5 mils) and top coat (3–5 mils).
• Maintain a clean work area and sweep excess powder from floor.
• Replenish powder paint reservoirs and caulk required seams.
