Responsibilities

• Paints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components.
• Unloads parts, racks, and hooks while visually inspecting components.
• Applies painting and/or powder process per product specs.
• Sets paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances, color and feed rate.
• Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality of own work and area.
• Committed to quality and meeting training/documentation criteria.
• Promotes team-based, product-focused organization and continuous improvement.
• Meets work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs during shift.
