Job summary

Qualitrol in Fairport, NY is seeking a Powder Coater on A shift to prep parts for powder coating, apply coatings, and ensure quality standards are met. You will rotate to other cells as needed and pack finished products for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires English literacy, HS diploma (preferred), and at least 1 year in a lean manufacturing environment. Training on A shift is required before transitioning to C shift.

Qualifications

• Proficient English reading and writing; able to read MSDS sheets and work instructions.
• 1 year in assembly/lean manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and read measuring devices.
• Must be available to train on A shift before moving to C shift.
