Job summary

BWise Trailers in the United States is seeking a skilled trailer painter to apply base coats and primers to trailer models and components with precision and care. The role emphasizes adherence to BWise safety standards and consistent finish quality across all surfaces.

You will operate spray equipment to apply base and top coats at the specified mils, maintain a clean work area, replenish powder paint reservoirs, caulk seams, and perform other duties as assigned by departmental leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to read, write, count, communicate by various channels.
• Manufacturing related experience
• Ability to read a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Actively observe and promote BWise safety standards.
• Apply primer or powder uniformly on all trailer surfaces and components.
• Using spray gun, apply base coat to one to one-and-a-half mils.
• Using spray gun, apply top coat to three to five mils.
• Maintain a clean work area by sweeping excess powder from floor.
• Replenish powder paint reservoirs.
• Caulk required seams.
• Other duties, as assigned by Dept. Leadership
