Job summary

Accelevation in Memphis, TN is seeking an Industrial Powder Coat Painter for the 1st shift to apply powder coat finishes on metal parts on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will operate powder coat painting and electrostatic spray equipment, ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes that meet specs and safety standards.

Day-to-day duties include preparing parts, loading hooks, handling conveyors, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals on

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial painting or related field; powder coat experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of materials handling and basic mechanical concepts.
• Familiarity with different paint types, finishes and coating techniques.
• Experience with electrostatic spraying equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable team player with clear communication skills.

Your Impact

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk and hear and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and very loud noise levels requiring hearing protection.
