Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of materials handling and basic mechanical concepts.
  • Familiarity with different paint types, finishes, and coating techniques.
  • Experience with electrostatic spraying equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable team player with clear communication skills.

Your Impact

As an Industrial Powder Coat Painter, you will ensure metal components receive consistent, high-quality powder coat finishes that meet specification and safety standards. Your work directly impacts product durability, appearance, and customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk and hear and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
