Responsibilities

• Lead and train department personnel; act as subject matter expert.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve production issues.
• Review schedules with manager; prioritize and coordinate work.
• Assist in continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area per best practices.
• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Attend daily meetings when requested and relay job priorities.
