Gibraltar Fabrication, LLC is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Supervisor to lead our coating operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily production activities, drives quality and efficiency, and develops employees while ensuring a safe workplace.

The ideal candidate has a strong powder coating background, proven production leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in powder coating in manufacturing.
• 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing production schedules and employee performance.
• Strong understanding of powder coating equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Powder Coat team and department personnel.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency; adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure finished products meet quality requirements and investigate defects.
• Enforce safety policies and continuous safety improvements.
• Oversee equipment (powder coat booths, ovens, pretreatment systems) and coordinate maintenance.
• Identify process improvements to boost quality and throughput.
