Job summary

Woodbridge in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Pourline Operator to support the production of foam products. You will follow safety rules, set up lines, monitor equipment, and work with the team to maintain quality.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, good communication, and willingness to train. The role offers standard hours, the chance to cross-train, and opportunities for growth within Woodbridge's Technical Foam unit.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience.
  • Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety regulations and use provided safety equipment.
  • Understand ISO 9001 requirements and apply them in daily tasks.
  • Participate on the chemical emergency response team after training.
  • Maintain gas monitor and set up machinery for production runs.
  • Operate pour lines, conveyors, mixers and related equipment.
  • Monitor production variables and ensure quality within spec.
  • Maintain 5S standards; keep area neat and organized.
  • Cross train in other positions as required; overtime may be needed.
