Aviagen is seeking a Poultry Vaccination Technician I in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. You will participate in vaccinations, bird moves, grading, and bio-security to support farm operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vaccinate day-old chicks and assist with vaccines.

• Collect blood samples and band/tag birds as needed.
• Follow Animal Care Standards, Welfare Guidelines and Bio-Security policies.
• Handle detergents, disinfectants and other chemicals safely.
• Work in poultry houses and outdoor environments.
• Possible 6-day weeks including holidays and weekends.

## Poultry Vaccination Technician IApply: Sallisaw, Oklahoma: Full time: Posted Yesterday: JR102495**Job Description Summary:**We are seeking an outstanding individual who will be responsible for vaccinations, bird moves, male selection, grading, cleaning, and disinfecting all equipment involved to ensure bio-security. All duties should be performed with safety, bio-security, and animal welfare being top priorities. This role plays a critical part in overall success of the farm operations within the vaccination crew.
