Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in vaccinations and pullet moves.

• Capable of working flexible hours.
• Background check per Aviagen Employee Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Flexibility to work flexible hours and be on call 24 hours/7 days a week.
• Ensure vaccination and move procedures are performed correctly by the crew.
• Manage a crew with high efficiency and high quality standards.
• Properly handle vaccine in transport as well as in the chicken houses.
• Ensure biosecurity of farms, equipment, area buildings, vehicles, etc.
• Complete schedules and service reports.
• Repair vaccination equipment, injection guns, water-vac pumps, etc.
• Do blood monitoring and rodent inspections involving baiting and checking traps.
• Health & safety of employees is a major part of job duties.
