Job summary

Bell & Evans seeks a Robot Machine Operator for 1st shift at our Fredericksburg, PA facility to support poultry processing. You will operate and monitor production lines, handle live/raw chicken tasks, and ensure safety and QA standards are met.

Responsibilities include equipment inspections, pallet preparation, weight checks, labeling, and cooperating with QA to maintain temperature and product specifications. Reading safety rules in English or Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, such as safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain basic production equipment.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and temperature checks.
• Weigh product, print labels, and secure pallets with stretch wrap.
• Follow production schedules and cooperate with QA to meet specifications.
• Willing to work in hot, cold, wet, noisy environments and lift up to 40 pounds.
