Roles require standing for long periods, lifting and handling live birds, and maintaining a fast pace. Eligibility includes 18+ years old, legal work status, and the ability to pass a post-offer health screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a post-offer urinalysis health screening.

Responsibilities

• Stand ~8 hours per day on a live bird hang line.
• Grasp live chickens by the legs and hang them without damage.
• Meet production pace: hang at least 28 birds per minute (5–10 lb).
• Wear all required safety equipment and follow hygiene procedures.
