Responsibilities

• Perform various checks (HACCP, Quality, GMP, SSOP, etc.) in the poultry processing facility.
• Browse plant to detect problems and report to departmental supervisor; escalate to QA management if unresolved.
• Complete required reports and forms to comply with government regulations and company policies.
• Prepare pre-operational sanitation checks to ensure cleanliness before operations.
• Inspect for leaks after rain and maintain sanitation per GMP policies.
• Physically inspect products for natural defects (bruises, blood spots) and processing defects (foreign material, out-of-spec products).
• Identify and report suspicious or abnormal situations to supervision, including tampering, adulteration, unauthorized access, or equipment failure.
