Job summary

Shenandoah Valley Organic, LLC is seeking a General Labor team member for our poultry production facility. You will work at various stations along the line, handling live poultry, raw and cooked products, and helping ensure safety and quality.

You will follow PPE and safety procedures, participate in safety programs, and may work overtime or weekends as needed to support production goals. This is an on-site role with shift options across 1st and 2nd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to learn and perform a variety of general labor duties in a poultry production environment.
• Available to work assigned shifts, including overtime and weekends, as required.
• Able to follow safety requirements, including PPE, policies, and procedures.
• Able to perform essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry products.
• Handle live poultry, raw products, and/or cooked products depending on department.
• Follow safety requirements and use PPE.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support production by working shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
