Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to help deliver safe, high-quality poultry products. You will perform tasks along the processing line, operate equipment, and help maintain a clean, compliant workspace in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards. Experience in poultry or food production is a plus, with routine weekend work and a focus on continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask, communicate clearly, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across different production areas.
