Pilgrim’s is seeking candidates for a Production Hourly role on the manufacturing floor. You’ll perform tasks on the processing line, including cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards.

The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following all safety, biosecurity, and animal welfare guidelines.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication, follow simple instructions and be a team player.
• Physical: Able to work in cool temperatures and stand 8–11 hours with lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas as needed.
