Job summary

Bell- is seeking a full-time Poultry Processing Associate in Fredericksburg, PA. You will perform a variety of duties related to processing poultry, including handling live or raw chicken, deboning, cutting, packing, weighing, and inspecting products under supervision.

You will observe safety practices, report issues to supervision, help rotate team members, and ensure SQF standards are followed. A high school diploma or GED is required; leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move throughout the department to assist front or back as directed.
• Monitor safety and ensure tasks are performed correctly.
• Conduct periodic checks of birds and processing equipment.
• Report issues to supervision.
• Support breaks and rotate team members as needed.
• Maintain SQF standards in the department.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.
