Job summary

Ultipro in Batesville, AR is seeking a part-time poultry processing associate for the refinery’s 1st shift. You will perform general production tasks, learning all jobs in the department while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Typical duties include cutting, trimming, and packing poultry, using knives and saws, and preparing carcasses for packing. Certification readiness and reliability are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to cut, trim, and pack poultry with knives, cleavers, saws.
• Jack Driver Certified or willing to become certified.
• Scale/Scan gun Certified or willing to become.
• Combo attendant & ICER.
• Able to perform Safety Chain checks and Lockout/Tagout certified or willing.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and learn all jobs in the department.

Responsibilities

Part time position - Monday, Thursday, & Friday 7:50 am - 4:50 pm

General Production - Must be willing to learn and perform all jobs within the department:

• Cutting, trimming, and packing poultry.
• Using knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
• Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing.
• Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing.
