You may operate power tools and participate in forklift training as needed, contributing to efficiency and safety on the production line. As part of the team, you will be expected to adapt to different tasks, maintain clean work areas, and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Deboning and packaging tasks while maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Follow HAACP and SSOP protocols.
• Operate power tools to assist processing when needed.
• Attend training to improve skills and obtain forklift certification if operation of forklift occurs.
• Promote personal and company image in the community.
• Demonstrate flexibility when asked to change position or task on production line.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and package poultry.

• Assist in cleanup of designated areas.
