Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking general production team members to support poultry processing operations. You will rotate across multiple areas and perform duties from packing to debone support, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include 7:00 am–3:00 pm or 3:30 pm–12:00 am, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Compensation includes hourly pay with bonuses and shift differential, plus benefits as offered by Tyson.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks in a cold manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Background checks may be required to join Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Tray packing and packaging of poultry products.
• Packaging packer duties, including sealing, labeling, and boxing.
• Handling and processing inedible materials per safety standards.
• Debone support functions using knives and cutting tools.
• Wing cutting operations and quality checks of FPS standards.
