Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking team members for production roles on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package and inspect products to meet safety and quality standards.

You’ll operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced setting. Benefits include vision, medical, and dental coverage after 60 days, PTO, company holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and a base hourly rate starting at $18 with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production.
