Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support production and distribution operations in a fast-paced poultry facility. You will work with raw or cooked packaged products, set up production lines, palletize, pick, sanitize, manage the box room, and handle totes while following safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and a commitment to operating with consistency and excellence. Overtime may be scheduled as needed by management.

Formación

• Experience in a distribution warehouse.
• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and follow SOPs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.
