Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Line Associate to support poultry processing operations on rotating production lines in Union Springs, AL. You will disassemble poultry and perform related tasks while following safety rules and PPE requirements.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, willingness to work non-standard shifts, weekends and holidays, and adherence to USDA/industry guidelines. Prior poultry experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is welcome.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

PAY: ($18.50 - $20.65) + $1,500 Sign & Stay Bonus1st: 7:30AM - 4:30PM2nd: 4:30PM - 2:00AMBenefits available day 1PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Line Associate is responsible for the disassembly of poultry and may perform a wide variety of poultry processing related tasks as they rotate on the production line. Pay starts at $17.35 per hour along with a $1,500 sign and stay bonus program.
