Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in operations.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry level contributors, provides coaching and guidance.
• Addresses employee relations concerns as they arise.
• Works hands-on with farm employees and covers weekend rotations as needed.
• Provides training to reinforce best management practices and high standards.
• Monitors turkey health, environment, performance, feed, and records.
• Maintains farm facilities, equipment, and grounds.
